2 lbs. ground beef
3 medium onions
2 12 oz cans par boiled beef
2 T. yellow mustard
4 T. vinegar
1 28 oz bottle ketchup
8 T. brown sugar
1/2 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion (very small) or (blend). Add to ground beef. and brown. After cooked, drain.
Add par boiled beef (drained and shredded).
Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste
Simmer for 1 hour.
Best on grilled buns. Serve with coleslaw and chips.
