2-3 oz pkg lemon jell-o
2 c 7-up
2 c boiling water
1 c miniture marshmellows
2 large bananas sliced
1 can crushed pineapple drained (reserve the juice)
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Topping
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 c pineapple juice
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp butter
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jell-o in 2 cups boiling water. Add 7-up, pineapple, marshmellows, and bananas. Let set.

Topping
Cook sugar, flour, pineapple juice and egg in double boiler until thick. Add butter and let cool. Fold in whipping cream. Spread on top of jell-o. Sprinkle with 1/4 c of chopped walnuts on top.
