2 tbsp margarine
2 heaping tbsp flour
2 cups water
1 bullion cube beef or chicken flavored
2 tsp of Gravy Master
salt,pepper,garlic power etc to taste
1-2 tbsp of beef, turkey, chicken pan drippings

Directions:
Directions:
-Melt margarine in sauce pan

-Mix flour in 1/2 cup of water mixing well

-Over medium heat, slowly stir flour mixture into melted margarine

-Add bullion cube

-As mixture thickens add more water, Gravy Master and pan drippings

-Season to taste

-Simmer 10-15 minutes adding more water as needed

I usually add a little water to the bottom of roast pan after I remove the roast
