1 1/2 lbs Hamburg
1 medium onion
1-2 tsp minced garlic
1 box of pasta shells, rigitoni, ziti etc.
1 28oz large can Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 12oz can of Hunts Tomato paste
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
-Cook pasta according to directions on box

-In large skillet, saute hamburg, garlic, and onion

-Season to taste

-Add tomatoe sauce and paste

-Simmer for 10 minutes, add drained pasta, and simmer additional 10 minutes

-Have some garlic bread and a salad on the side

Great for those nights when everyone is on a different schedule. Can also be made in the morning and put in the crockpot just add about a cup of water as the pasta soaks up the sauce.
