1 1/2 c flour per each crust
Chilled shortening
Ice water
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
With a pastry blender combine flour, cinnamon and nutmeg till pea-sized particles of mixture form. Add bits of ice water and mix with hands until walnut-sized particles form. Do NOT overhandle--makes crust less flaky.
Bake @ 400 till lightly browned.
With a double crust & filled pie, follow recipe directions.
