2 large & 2 small cream cheese (softened)
3 small eggs
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 small carton sour cream
3 additional T sugar
1 additional tsp vanilla
Nutmeg
1 2/3 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c butter or margarine (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs and cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake @ 275º for 35 min.
Cool.
Drizzle sour cream, sugar and vanilla mixture over cooled cheesecake.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake @ 425º for 6 min.
Graham cracker crust.
Combine ingredients with a pastry blender and mold into pie tin. This is much better than store-bought if there's time
