3 or 4 chicken breasts
16 oz. spaghetti
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes (diced)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 medium purple onion
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 lb of Velveeta with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can Rotel tomatoes, & chopped bell pepper & onion. Allow cheese to melt slowly. Boil chicken; boil spaghetti; shred chicken and combine all ingredients in a large pot. Pour in second can of Rotel tomatoes for better mixing of ingredients.
