4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 package of shredded cheese
1 package of corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, let cool. Save the broth and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix soups, Velvetta and Rotel. Cook over medium heat until cheese melts. Add chicken. In sprayed baking pan, take 1/3 of chicken mixture and spread evenly. Dip tortillas into chicken broth and arrange over chicken mixture. Repeat several layers. Top off with shredded cheese. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
