4 medium potatoes
1 small block Velvetta Cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 small onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Boil until almost tender. Saute onion in butter. Melt cheese and milk, add in onions, butter and salt. In casserole, arrange potatoes. Pour mixture evenly over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
