1/3 cup oleo
1/3 to 1/2 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in small saucepan over low to medium heat. Add cocoa, stirring to dissolve. Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture heated through. Stir in powdered sugar until spreading consistency is reached. Add vanilla.

This is the standard frosting for wacky cake. It will set up as it cools, so keep it on the "thin" side when adding powdered sugar.
