2 lbs ground beef
4 (14.5 oz) cans kidney beans
4 ( 15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 (12 fl. oz) bottle beer
1 (12 oz) bottle tomato-based chili sauce
1 lg white onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Place the ground beef in a large pot and cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain off the excess fat. Mix in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beer. chili sauce, onion, garlic, chili seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
