Ingredients:  
3 cloves garlic peeled
1 small onion peeled and quarted
1 medium zucchini
1/2 cup basil
1/4 cup olive oil plus 3 tbsp
1/4 cup chardonnay
8 plum tomatoes seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 pound pasta
3-4 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-Combine garlic, onion, zucchini and basil in food processor

-Place in a bowl

-Stir in olive oil, wine, tomatoes, salt, and sugar set aside

-Cook pasta and toss with 3 tbsp olive oil

-In skillet cook mixture in bowl 8-10 minutes

-Toss with pasta and top with mozzarella
