3 c. white or brown rice (cooked)
1 c. chopped green onion
2 T. butter
Zest of one lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c. chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee rice, celery and onions till soft. Add lemon rind and seasoning and toss. Cover for 2 minutes and serve.
