3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order given. Put batter into 3 large greased/floured bread pans or line muffin tins with paper liners for pumpkin muffins.
Bake at 350 - 1 hour for bread pans - less time for muffins.
