3 large bananas
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. melted butter
chocolate chips- make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg, mix. Add melted butter and mix. Add dry ingredients, do not overmix. Bake 375º for 20 minutes.

These are the best! I always add chocolate chips, but I love chocolate. Make sure you just mix until everything is moist, or you will end up with hockey pucks.
