Ingredients:  
1 sirloin tip or shoulder roast (1-2 lbs)
(don't get bottom round or rump roast)

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package Lipton Dry Onion or Onion/Mushroom soup mix
1 to 1 1/2 soup cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above in bowl; place roast in roasting pan and pour soup mixture over it, placing some mixture under the roast.

Cover with foil and bake in 350 oven for 1-2 hours depending on lbs of roast (usually 1 hour per pound). Roast is done when tender with fork.

Can also use a crock pot - use same ingredients, set pot on low and let cook through the day.
