1 lb ground beef
salt, pepper 3 T onion

3 C Cooked rice
1/4 C mushrooms
1 C Tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, salt and pepper and onion. Drain and add the rice mushrooms and tomato paste. Stuff into 5 green peppers. Place in skillet with 1/4 C water. Cover and steam over low heat for 40 minutes until pepper is tender.
