2 lbs ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 cans (large) chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
3 tsp chili powder
1 bag - Brown Bag Chili Mix Seasoning Bag
1 can light red kidney beans
1 small to medium can tomato paste or sauce

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add cinnamon and cloves. Add ground beef and brown until done. Drain mixture. Add tomatoes and other ingredients. Add seasoning bag until desired taste. If dry or not saucy, add one can tomato paste or sauce. Simmer for hour to hour and half. Wash beans then add to chili 30 mins before done.
