3 - 4 ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bananas, sugar, egg and margarine. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to banana mixture. For bread, bake at 325 in 2 small or 1 large greased loaf pans for 1 hour. For Banana bread muffins, bake for 30 minutes in paper liners.
