1 10 oz box frozen spinach-microwave according to package, drain good-squees all water out.

White Sauce-
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of Pepper
1 Cup Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
15 minutes before serving:
In medium saucepan over low heat or in double boiler, melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in Half & Half.
Cook stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.

Combine with spinach and mix well.
