1/2 Gallon Milk
1/2 Cup Rice
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice and milk in sauce pan. Simmer until rice is soft Approximately 1/2 hour. When rice is soft remove from heat and add sugar a little at a time. Beat eggs and add a little at a time. Return to stove and bring to simmer Mix cornstarch with water. Add to mixture Stir until mixture starts to thicken. Add vanilla and remove from heat. Pour into serving bowl and serve warm with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. You may add raisins if you like.
