2 heads chopped broccoli
roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
3/4 c chopped red onion
1/2-3/4 c chopped celery
1 c dried tart cherries or raisins
1 c light Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 c suger
3 tbsp vinegar

Mix and let set overnight.

I've tasted a variation of this salad that's just as good, using chopped bacon and grated cheddar cheese instead of celery and sunflower seeds. Either way, this is a good salad.
