3 (14 oz each) cans Artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup frozen Lima beans
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup fresh Dill
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan over medium heat, stir together all ingredients except artichoke hearts until lima beans test done (about 10 minutes). Squeeze excess water from artichoke hearts and cut into quarters. Stir into the pan. Finish with juice of one lemon. Can be served hot, cold or at room temperature.
