1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Sweet & Sour:
1 C ketchup
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 - 2/3 C vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce

2 Tbl. cornstarch
1/4 C cold water

Teriyaki: Mix and pour over 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Grill for 20 minutes or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Sweet & Sour: Mix the first four ingredients together in saucepan. In small bowl, blend cornstarch and water then add to saucepan. Cook until it thickens. Pour over chicken, pineapple, green peppers and rice.
