6 medium potatoes, boiled in skin, cooled and grated 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 8oz. container sour cream 1 stick butter 1&1/2 c. grated mild cheedar cheese 1/4 c. chooped onion salt and pepper to taste Topping: 1 sleeve Ritz crackers,crushed
Combine all ingredients and top with crushed crackers. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350º for 45 minutes.
