Ingredients:  
Pork, pan grilled and shredded, about a pound,
2 small cans chilies,
1 large can petite diced tomatoes,
1 can fat free refried beans,
can water,
Seasonings: Pepper, Season Salt, Garlic, CUMIN, tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and season pork. Spray pan with cooking spray. Brown pork thoroughly. Add can refried beans and can water. Simmer 5 mins. Shred meat and beans in food processor. In pot, place tomatoes with juice, chilies and same seasonings, simmer while pork browns, add other can refried beans simmer 5 minutes. Add shredded meat. Continue to simmer. Add additional red crushed pepper, chili powder to taste.
