2 cans cream corn
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
pinch of salt
Topping:
sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. For the topping melt 1 stick of butter and crumble in Ritz crackers. Place over corn mixture. Cook for approximately 1 hour at 325.
