Remove top, bottom and skin from pineapple. Place in a suitable jar with a wide mouth or similar container that can be tightly closed. Pour the entire bottle of Stoli over the pineapple so that it is covered. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours. Serve vodka-pineapple juice as a cocktail. Cut pineapple into chunks for nibbling and enjoy!
