1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbl. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 boxed cake mix, any flavor

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cake mix. Then add cake mix (our favorite flavors are the chocolate varieties). Batter will be thick. Chill for 30 minutes. Spoon a "cookie sized" amount onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 12 minutes. Good plain or frosted.

We prefer using german chocolate flavored cake mix. Then frost with chocolate frosting and top with 1/2 a walnut, or chopped nuts.
