2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbl. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
1/2 c. margarine
3 Tbl. milk
2 Tbl. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in bowl. In a pan bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Pour into sugar/flour mixture and mix well. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and soda. Pour into a greased and floured large cookie sheet (at least 3/4" deep). Bake at 400º for 18 minutes. Frost while cake is still warm. Top with nuts.

Frosting: Melt margarine. Add milk, cocoa, powd. sugar and vanilla and stir til lumps are gone.
