6. Worcestershire sauce for fish sauce.

7. 3 Tablespoons egg substitute for 1 large egg white.

8. 1/2 tsp. turmeric for 1/8 tsp. saffron.

9. 3 Tablespoons cocoa plus 1 Tablespoon butter for 1 ounce semisweet chocolate.
