1/2 cup Crisco all vegetable shortening
1 cup Jif creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Combine shortening, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg.

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Drop by rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Make crisscross pattern on dough with floured fork.

Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.
