1 large bowl clean snow (8 or 10 cups)
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or strawberry extract
1 c. sugar
1/2 - 3/4 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk (use milk sparingly, and add more to get desired consistency). Add snow and stir til mixed. Serve immediately. Smooth and creamy like soft serve ice cream.
