2-15 oz cans pork & beans, 215 oz cans kidney
beans, 2-15oz cans chili beans, 2-3oz cans chopped green chilis, 1-32oz can chopped tomatoes, 1-32oz can tomato sauce, 2 tsp br.sugar, 4 T chili powder, 4 beef bouillon cubes, 1/4 to 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 lb browned ground beef (optional), sea salt, pepper to taste,1 C shredded cheddar cheese, small bag oyster crackers

Directions:
In a large stock pot brown ground beef & saute onions at same time.Add all ingredients Except beans to stock pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add beans & stir frequently,on med low heat.
To serve sprinkle w/cheddar cheese & oyster crackers.

This is one awesome, flavorful dish! Best when served with sweet corn bread! YUM! Been eating this style chili since I was knee high to a grasshopper! If you need more kick to this great dish, try adding a bit of "Slap my butt and call me sally!" additive!
