4 fat hens
6 lbs. beef
1 large bunch celery
1 large bunch cabbage
8 large carrots
4 medium sized onions
1 qt. tomatoes
1 qt. peas
1 qt. green beans
1 bottle catsup
kitchen bouquet

Cook hens, cut in pieces, fry beef and onions in butter. Cook rest of vegetables till tender, add kitchen bouquet and chicken 1/2 hour before serving.
