3/4 C vegetable oil
2/3 C Soy Vey or Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
2/3 C white wine vinegar
6 Tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

16 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked according to package
2 C cooked, shredded chicken

1 1/2 bags baby spinach leaves
6 oz. bag of craisins
3 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 (6 oz) cans sliced water chestnuts, in fourths
1/2 C chopped parsley flakes
6-8 green onions, chopped
1/4 C sesame seeds
6 oz. honey roasted peanuts (optional)

Blend dressing ingredients together in blender. Combine dressing, pasta and chicken to marinate overnight in fridge. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients and store in air-tight container in fridge for several days.
