2 cups squash, sliced and cooked
1 onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt, pepper, sugar to taste
1 stick margarine
1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix squash, onion, carrot, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and sugar. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Line 13 x 9" dish with half of the stuffing mixture. Pour squash mix over this. Then sprinkle rest of stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 mins, until vegetables are tender.
