2 pkgs. Jimmy Dean sausage (1 lb. each)
1 qt. water
2 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 large onions, diced
1 C beef broth
1 large can tomatoes
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 Tbl. parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can green beans
1 C cooked shellroni
grated parmesan cheese

Cook and drain sausage. In large stock pot combine sausage, water, celery, carrots, onions, broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, parsley, and garlic. Simmer about 6 hours. Add beans and pasta 30 minutes before serving. Garnish servings with cheese.
