2 lbs. butter
3 lbs. flour
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add flour and seasoning; stir until well blended; add
stock slowly, while stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil for
2 minutes. Add cream.
