1 white cake mix (without pudding added)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1/4 cup poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl except poppy seed. Beat together well with electric mixer. Fold in poppy seed. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove from pan.

These also make great muffins. You can use mini loaf pans, also. Reduce the baking time.
