1 egg white
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff. Beat in sugar. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
