4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 T. flour
1 t. salt
dash black pepper
2 T. butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In greased casserole dish arrange a layer of potatoes. Cover with onions. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Dot with butter. Continue to build layers like this. On top of all layers pour milk. Top with cheese. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, bake an additional 10 minutes.
