Ingredients:
1 lb of ground turkey
1 large (29 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 tsp of italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the meat and strain the fat. Pour the tomato sauce over meat and add italian seasoning. Simmer for about 1/2 hour.

2. Cook nine lasagna noodles (in water with a drop or two of oil so the noodles won't stick together). When done put three in a greased 9x13" pan. Spread some meat sauce over them and sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Do this two more times ending with the cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
