12 beaten eggs, 3-4oz cans chopped green Chilis, 1 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese,
16oz sour cream, salt & pepper to taste,
1 small jar salsa verde, 1 small jar chunk salsa.

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9"x13" glass baking dish. In med bowl beat eggs w/ sour cream,salt & pepper. On bottom of dish, layer green chilies first, cheese next & then pour egg mixture over all. Bake in 375šoven
for 30 to 40 minutes. Knife pulls out clean when done. Serve w/ two types of salsa & extra sour cream spiced up w/salt & pepper Enjoy!

& green peppers, homemade biscuits & gravy!
