5 lbs red potatoes, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 2 stalks celery, 2 large onions, 1 stick butter, 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans evaporated milk, sea salt, 1/2 tsp dried mustard, pepper, 1 T dried parsley, 1 C grated cheddar cheese

In 4 qt pan place cleaned pared potatoes,(peeling optional) add chicken broth & enough water to barely cover potatoes. add bouillon & boil for 20 min. Chop onion & celery in med size pieces & add to smaller pan. Add 1/2 stick butter,s aute till al dente. Now add 2 cans evaporated milk, sea salt to taste, pepper to taste, 1 T parsley& dried mustard to boiling potatoes. Add sauted vegs & Stir till potatoes are soft & broth is lightly thickened. When serving sprinkle cheese on top.

My Boys Love this soup. I serve it w/cornbread & salad. There is never enough ...But if there is, it freezes very well.Try adding your own seasonings to make it different every time, or stick w/the tried & true ! It's All Good !
