Barley 2/3cup,water2cups, boiled chicken 2cups, cabbage 1/2 cup, chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup, onion chopped 1/2 cup, fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons,mustard iteaspoon.

Directions:
Directions:
put 2cups water in a saucepan and boil it.
add barley in the saucepanand boil it on very low heat,
when the barley softens strain it,
let this mixture cool down,
now add all the remaining ingredients to the barley mixture...add salt and black pepper to these ingredients
how to serve
take a flat platter....arrange the salad leaves on this platter in an oval shape...now add the chicken-barley mixture on the salad leaves.
