2/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk
4 egg yokes
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 to 3 sliced bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, corn starch, and salt in a sauce pan. Mix in milk and cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken

2. Beat egg yokes and mix in 1 cup of above mixture; add back into mixture and continue to cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla to mixture.

3. Cover with saran wrap and let cool. Slice banana and put into pie crust and cover with pudding mixture.

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
