1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugars, butter, oil, eggs and vanilla together in mixing bowl.

2. Mix flour, salt, soda, and tartar separately; add to above mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Make balls size of marbles. Press down with glass dipped in sugar

4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350.
