1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups (9 oz.) cool whip
1 pkg french vanilla pudding
1 pkg chocolate pudding
2 cups milk

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine margarine, flour, and chopped nuts; press firmly into bottom of 13x9 pan and bake for 20 minutes – let cool.

2. Blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and I cup of cool whip; spread over cooled crust. Prepare both puddings, spreading one layer of pudding over the other. Top with remaining cool whip and chill.
