1 pie crust
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp strawberry jello
1/2 tsp red food coloring
1 quart strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake pie crust and set aside.

2. Bring water, sugar and corn starch to a boil or until thickened; remove from heat and add jello and food coloring. Cool before adding strawberries.

3. Pour into pie shell and cool at least one hour.
